How Our Credit System Works

  • Pro Creator Pack: $29 for 15 credits
  • • Credits are consumed when you generate AI content
  • • Once used, credits have provided their full value

Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we will consider refunds in these situations:

Credit Expiration

When Credits Expire

  • Active accounts: Credits never expire
  • Closed accounts: Credits are forfeited when you delete your account
  • Inactive accounts: After 2+ years of no login, we may close dormant accounts

Important: If you're planning to take a break from using Creacourses, your credits will be waiting when you return—just don't delete your account.
